Pawan Kalyan’s much-anticipated movie “OG is creating a massive hype ahead of its release on September 25th. Actress Priyanka Arul Mohan, who plays the female lead, Kanmani, spoke to journalists about her journey on the film, her experience working with Pawan Kalyan, and the unique essence of the project.
“My journey with OG has been unforgettable and spanned nearly two and a half years. I feel truly blessed to work with Pawan Kalyan garu, who is not only a phenomenal actor but a genuine gentleman off-screen as well. The film is set in the 1980s–90s. Kanmani is a simple, innocent girl in love with a serious, intense character. Her presence adds a much-needed lightness to the narrative, turning the story in unexpected directions. Kanmani is my favorite role so far. This character will always hold a special place in my heart.”
“This was my first time working with music director Thaman, and I was really excited about the music. It has been amazing to see how the audience is loving Suvvi Suvvi song.”
“I knew about Pawan Kalyan’s massive craze even when I was in Bangalore, not connected to films. But working with him, I realized it’s even bigger than I imagined. Yet, Pawan garu remains humble and down-to-earth. He is simple, calm, and treats everyone equally.”
“Pawan garu mostly talks about books, history, novels, politics, and interesting stories. His depth of knowledge is inspiring. He has many insightful things to share about life and society. Before every scene, he discusses with the director and actors, providing helpful suggestions. As an actor, his performance comes across effortlessly. There’s so much one can learn from him.”
“After becoming Deputy CM, Pawan garu seems even calmer and more responsible. He often discusses politics, the youth, and social issues with everyone. He handles his dual responsibilities very well.”
“It’s definitely more than just action. The story is strong, with a good mix of family drama and entertainment. I haven’t seen the entire film yet, but the few scenes I watched are visually stunning.”
“Sujeeth garu has a clear vision of how every scene should be shaped. My looks and performance in the film are largely thanks to his direction. DVV Entertainment feels like home now after doing two films under this banner.”
“I’m currently listening to some scripts in Telugu and working on a few projects in other languages as well.”
