‘Pushpa The Rise’ set the box-office on fire. The film collected big money in the Telugu states, Tamilnadu, and overseas. The Hindi version also reportedly did better than expected. Buoyed by the success, the producers confirmed that the second part would begin shortly.
Producer Naveen Yerneni said that the second part would resume its shooting in February or March. “We will plan the second part in a better way. We will release it in true pan-India style. The other language versions are also important,” he stated.
‘Pushpa The Rise’ was released in five languages, but the planning went awry.
There were also rumors that the second part might not happen. With Naveen Yerneni’s statement, it is evident that the film starts rolling next year.
The producer also confirmed that there would be many post-release events. Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, ‘Pushpa’ is directed by Sukumar.
