Ram Charan is awaiting clarity on his next film that was announced with much fanfare in February this year. If not for the legal issues and COVID-19 second wave, the film would have hit the floors by now. More than the corona crisis, Shankar’s legal issues with Lyca Productions have put a question mark on the possibility of Ram Charan and Shankar’s film.
Meanwhile, many other directors are approaching him to consider their stories and proposals. Ram Charan is keen to listen to their scripts but he is not making commitments.
He doesn’t want to decide in hurry. He will take many things into his account before considering his next project. He has set on bigger targets. Rajamouli’s epic drama ‘RRR’ will bring him to craze nationwide is his assessment.
So, he wants to do films that have a wider reach and universal appeal.
Ram Charan is also playing a crucial role in his father’s mega movie ‘Acharya’, being directed by Koratala Siva.
