In recent times, Indian cinema has increasingly turned its focus toward Telugu cinema. Currently, Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa: The Rule” is creating havoc at the Hindi box office, setting new records in theatrical collections.

On the other hand, Telugu films are also receiving the most views on streaming platforms. According to a report from Economic Times, the 2016 theater release of Ram Pothineni’s “Nenu Sailaja” set new records on streaming platforms.

The film, dubbed into Hindi as ‘The Super Khiladi 3’ and streamed on YouTube, has become the most-watched dubbed Telugu film of all time in the Hindi belt, amassing over 630 million views. This staggering number puts it miles ahead of its closest competitor, Sarrainodu, which boasts 483 million views.

Ram Pothineni’s Hindi-dubbed films have consistently garnered immense popularity, and the incredible viewership numbers for “Nenu Sailaja” underscore this trend.

The film also was the debut vehicle for Keerthy Suresh in Telugu.

Both in theaters and on streaming platforms, the Telugu films are dominating across India.
