Akshay Kumar, a top Bollywood star, is commonly referred to as Remake Raja since he developed his career by acting in Hindi remakes of popular South Indian films. Although he previously delivered hits consistently, he is currently experiencing a career crisis. He has only faced failures.
On Friday, his new film, “Sarfira,” debuted with the lowest collection figure. Akshay Kumar’s film grossed only ₹2.40 crore in India on its opening day, making it a disappointing performance for the star.
“Sarfira” is an official Hindi remake of “Aakasam Nee Haddhu Ra.” Sudha Kongara, who also directed the original, remade it in Hindi, but no one was interested in seeing Akshay Kumar’s latest film.
People are requesting Akshay Kumar to stop remaking South Indian films and instead choose original scripts.
