Bad news for all Samantha’s fans out there! The much-publicized ‘The Family Man Season 2’, in which Samantha Akkineni plays a crucial role, got postponed.
The web series is scheduled to stream on Feb 12 on Amazon Prime Video. But with recent controversies surrounding ‘Mirzapur’ and ‘Tandav’ web series, the makers of ‘The Family Man’ are reportedly editing it again. If reports are to believed, political references are going to be removed.
Several cases were filed against the makers of ‘Mirzapur’ and ‘Tandav’ for hurting religious and regional sentiments. These developments have alerted the makers of ‘Family Man 2’ and Amazon Prime to be cautious.
So, all the fans who are eagerly waiting to see Samantha on February 12 in this series may have to wait for some more days.
