Sandeep Reddy Vanga dismisses Megastar’s rumors

Sandeep Reddy Vanga has begun working on his next film, Spirit, featuring Prabhas. On the occasion of Prabhas’s birthday on October 23rd, Sandeep Reddy Vanga released an audio teaser of “Spirit” that went viral and hiked expectations further about the film.

After the audio teaser came out, speculations began that like he cast Anil Kapoor as father to Ranbir Kapoor in “Animal”, the director is planning to rope megastar Chiranjeevi for a key role.

It was also said that Chiranjeevi has agreed to do a cameo of playing father to Prabhas.

But the director has dismissed the talk saying that the megastar Chiranjeevi is not playing any role in his film.

The regular shooting of “Spirit,” which is going to be 25th film in Prabhas’s career, is expected to begin from February 2026. The film will be bankrolled by Bhadrakali Pictures and T Series jointly with Harshavardhan Rameshwar providing the music.
