There has been no official word on the postponement of “Salaar” from its scheduled release date of September 28, but the film has clearly moved out of it. When will the next release be?
It was previously reported that the film would participate in the Sankranthi race. The latest rumor has it that it may participate in the Deepavali race.
According to a Bollywood trade analyst, Prabhas’s “Salaar” may get a new release date in November. There is also speculation that the producers may want to take advantage of Diwali and release it on November 10th.
However, Salman Khan’s much-anticipated franchise film “Tiger 3” has confirmed that it will be released on November 10 for Diwali, as previously announced.
It remains to be seen whether the makers of “Salaar” will compete with “Tiger 3” or choose another November date.
“Salaar” needs long holiday period to recover its costs. The film is one of the most-anticipated biggie and expectations are humungous. Directed by Prashanth Neel, it stars Prabhas and Shruti Haasan.
