Sreeleela, who is admired for her charming South Indian girl-next-door appeal, has slimmed down noticeably in recent months. The actress has been working on achieving a slender physique as she sets her sights on Bollywood.
Buzz in the industry suggests that she may even aim for a near size-zero appearance.
While the size-zero trend in Bollywood has largely faded, the preference for a lean and toned body continues. With her Bollywood debut around the corner, Sreeleela seems determined to fit into that mold.
She has already completed most of her portions for her maiden Hindi film directed by Anurag Basu, where she plays Kartik Aaryan’s love interest. The film, initially planned for Deepavali 2025, has now been rescheduled to summer 2026. She is also in talks for two more major Hindi projects.
Alongside her Bollywood journey, Sreeleela is busy with two Tamil films. One of them, Parashakti starring Siva Karthikeyan, is slated for a Sankranthi 2026 release. In Telugu, she has “Mass Jathara” and “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” under production.
Adding to her rising profile, she is signing multiple brand endorsements. To maintain her pan-Indian appeal, the actress is reportedly keen on sustaining her newly transformed physique.
