Trivikram begins regular shooting for Venkatesh’s #Venky77

The principal photography for director Trivikram Srinivas’s new film starring Venkatesh Daggubati has officially commenced today. This marks the veteran actor’s 77th film (#Venky77) in his illustrious career.

Trivikram, who has been away from film sets for nearly two years, was initially set to collaborate with Allu Arjun on a project that didn’t materialize. The ace filmmaker will also begin work on a mythological drama with Jr NTR in 2026, but before that, he plans to complete Venkatesh’s film.

Produced by S. Radha Krishna under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner, the film was formally launched in August and wrapped up its pre-production phase in September.

Promising to be a wholesome family entertainer packed with humor, emotion, action, and Trivikram’s trademark witty dialogues, the film reportedly features Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead opposite Venkatesh.

Co-producer Naga Vamsi took to social media to share the update, expressing excitement that Trivikram is back on set after a 20-month hiatus.
