Samantha last appeared in a Tamil movie (KRK) this year. Her last Telugu film appearance was ‘Pushpa’, in which she did an item number. Nearly, a year later, she is arriving in the theaters with a new film.
Samantha starrer ‘Yashoda’ locked its release date as November 11, 2022. The makers announced it officially. The film will be released in theaters in five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
A thriller by genre, ‘Yashoda’ has Samantha as the titular character. Newcomers Hari and Harish are directing the film. Mani Sharma has provided the music.
The film also features Unni Mukundan, Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar, Murali Sharma, and Sampath Raj. Produced by Krishna Prasad, the team of ‘Yashoda’ will commence its promotions.
