Mantri Gari Viyyankudu
Mantri Gari Viyyankudu is one of the best movies in Chiranjeevi’s career. Directed by Bapu, the film was a decent hit. The film was released a week later Khaidi, a film that established Chiru as a formidable star, hit the screens in 1983.
Today, the film is remembered for the mellifluous music composed by maestro Ilayaraja. “Yemani Ne Cheli Padedano..”, “Sala Sala..” and “Manaku Dosti..” are even remembered.
The film starred Poornima Jayaram as heroine opposite Chiranjeevi.
