సినిమా జనాలకు సైడ్ బిజినెస్ కొత్త కాదు. ఓవైపు సినిమాలు చేస్తూనే మరోవైపు తమకు ఇష్టమైన మరో రంగంలో పెట్టుబడులు పెడుతుంటారు. ఈ విషయంలో ఎవ్వరూ మినహాయింపు కాదు. హీరోలు, హీరోయిన్లు, నిర్మాతలు, దర్శకులు.. ఇలా చాలామందికి సైడ్ బిజినెస్సులు ఉన్నాయి. ఇప్పుడీ లిస్ట్ లోకి మరో ఇద్దరు నిర్మాతలు కూడా చేరారు.
మజిలీ లాంటి సూపర్ హిట్ సినిమాను అందించిన నిర్మాతలుగా పేరు తెచ్చుకున్నారు సాహు గారపాటి, హరీష్ పెద్ది. ఇప్పుడీ నిర్మాతల ద్వయం హోటల్ బిజినెస్ లోకి ఎంటరైంది. హైదరాబాద్ మణికొండకు దగ్గర్లో హోటల్ పెట్టింది. ఈ హోటల్ కు 1980’s Military Hotel అనే పేరు పెట్టారు.
సినిమా వాళ్లకు హోటల్ బిజినెస్ అంటే బాగా ఇష్టం. సందీప్ కిషన్, అనీల్ సుంకర, నీరజ కోన లాంటి ప్రముఖులకు ఆల్రెడీ హోటల్స్ ఉన్నాయి. ఇప్పుడీ లిస్ట్ లోకి ఈ నిర్మాతలు కూడా చేరారు. దర్శకులు శివ నిర్వాణ, అనీల్ రావిపూడి ఈ హోటల్ ను ప్రారంభించారు.
