Repeating classic titles has become a trend in Tollywood. The name of K Vishwanath’s classic ‘Swathimuthyam’ is being used for a rom-com featuring Ganesh Bellamkonda (Bellamkonda Suresh’s younger son) and Varsha Bollamma.
Directed by newcomer Lakshman K Krishna and produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, the film’s first glimpse (a teaser) is out. The video glimpse shows a track between a seemingly innocent youngster (Ganesh) and a school teacher played (Varsha).
A scene from Mani Ratnam’s ‘Dil Se’ has been used in the film.
Mahathi Swara Sagar has composed the songs. On the occasion of the Sankranthi festival, the teaser was unveiled. The film will hit the theaters shortly.
