Pooja Hegde has hiked her pay package. Tollywood producer’s guild has requested the actors to reduce a 20 percent cut in their remuneration due to the setback in the movie business post the coronavirus outbreak. But Pooja Hegde is in much demand.
Even after agreeing to cut in the paycheck, she would be taking home a whopping 2.5 crores for signing new projects.
She has overtaken Anushka Shetty, who previously remained the highest-paid actress, with about Rs 2 crores.
She deserves every penny of it as her recent movies like ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’ set new records at the box-office.
She is currently acting opposite Prabhas in ‘Radhe Shyam’. Pooja Hegde has two big projects in Bollywood. She will soon announce another Telugu biggie, which will be made as a Pan-India project as well.
