9 PM 9 Minute: Tollywood celebrities light lamps

In a call given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, millions of people in India today lit diyas and candles to show unity in the fight against coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19). Modi asked everyone to switch off lights and light lamps on Sunday at 9 PM for 9 minutes. Celebrities too had participated in a big way. From actors in Bollywood to our stars in Tollywood, all have shared the photos and videos that they lit diyas at their homes.

Mahesh Babu shared a picture of holding a candle in his hands. Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, and Rajasekhar shared photos of their respective families coming together to lit the candles. Nagarjuna also shared a pic of their family doing the same. Gopichand was seen solo in his photo, while Kalyan Ram did with his two kids. 

Pawan Kalyan shared a video of lighting candles at his home. 

Superstar Rajinikanth lit a candle at his home along with his wife Lata. Venkatesh was seen holding two lanterns on his balcony. All the stars extended their support to the warriors who are fighting against the coronavirus. 

Tamannah shared a photo lighting a lamp at her official residence in Mumbai. Actresses like Nayantara, Aishwarya Rai, and others too shared the same.
