Akhil to attend Karan Johar's Birthday bash

Bollywood’s top filmmaker Karan Johar’s name has been ringing in Tollywood recently. He presented Rajamouli’s epic drama ‘Baahubali’ to Hindi audiences. But the fillmmaker has close friendship with some of our Tollywood stars. One of them is Akhil Akkineni.

Karan Johar is celebrating his birthday today (25th May) and he is throwing huge birthday bash in Mumbai later tonight and one of the special invitees to the party is Akhil Akkineni.

“Of late, Akhil has been visiting Mumbai pretty often for professional and personal reasons, and both Akhil and Karan Johar have kept in touch with each other for a long time now. Although, in the past, there were rumours that Karan Johar would launch Akhil in Bollywood, the duo have remained tight-lipped about their plans,” a statement said.
