Anu Emmanuel: I have no dream roles to play

Anu Emmanuel played the female lead opposite Karthi in “Japan”. The film will be released in theaters on November 10.

Anu Emmanuel stated that “Japan” is a totally unique and crazy entertainer that is ideal for family audiences during the Diwali festival period. While the audience had an idea of Karthi’s character, there isn’t much information about Anu’s role, and the actress wants to keep it a surprise for the audience.

“My role in ‘Japan’ will be a surprise. I don’t want to give too much details right now. My role is critical in the life of Japan,” she stated.

Anu Emmanuel starred in a number of Telugu films, including “Majnu”, “Sailaja Reddy Alludu”, “Naa Peru Surya”, “Agnyaathavaasi” and “Urvasivo Rakshasivo.” She was mostly seen in glamorous roles. She does not, however, have a dream role to play.

“I want to play roles that people enjoy watching. I’d like to get some good characters and stories along the way. That’s all,” she said.
