A new generation from the Ghattamaneni family is ready to take the spotlight. Superstar Krishna Ghattamaneni, who began his illustrious journey in the 1960s, became one of the most iconic figures in Telugu cinema. His sons Ramesh Babu and Mahesh Babu carried forward the legacy, with Mahesh emerging as one of the industry’s biggest superstars.
Now, Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni, grandson of Superstar Krishna and son of the late Ramesh Babu, is set to make his acting debut under the direction of Ajay Bhupathi, known for RX 100.
This ambitious project will be presented by Ashwini Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies and produced by P. Kiran under the Chandamama Kathalu banner.
Ashwini Dutt, who earlier produced the cult classic Agni Parvatham with Superstar Krishna and later introduced Mahesh Babu to Telugu cinema with Rajakumarudu, now continues the legacy by launching the third-generation star – Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni.
The announcement poster features a caricature of the Tirumala Temple and surrounding hills, giving a hint at the film’s divine and dramatic backdrop.
