Bheeshma facing nervous nineties!

In cricket, batsmen dismissed just before hitting the century are considered nervous nineties victims. Nithin’s ‘Bheeshma’ is also facing a similar situation. The film is struggling to reach the mark of $1 million. It has stuck in 900k plus dollars and is seeing very little growth. At present, the film’s gross stands at $964k. It still needs 36k dollars to reach the coveted milestone of $1million. 

After a great first week, the film has slowed down both on the domestic front and in overseas. The season is not right for this movie. The distributor, however, is still hopeful that it would touch the $1 million mark by end of the next weekend.

‘Bheeshma’ which seemed to become a blockbuster has now ended up as a just hit due to exams period in AP and Telangana. The film brought breather to Nithin who had seen a hat-trick of flops before the release of this movie. ‘Bheeshma’ directed by ‘Chalo’ fame Venky Kudumula is still running in theaters.
