Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s ‘Bimbisara’ has completed two weeks of its theater run. By the end of the second week, the film has collected about Rs 26 crore share in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Additionally, the film collected about $550k in the USA. The worldwide share of the film is around Rs 29 Cr. It will have to collect another crore to cross the milestone of 30 crores.
‘Bimbisara’ has become the biggest hit in Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s career. It is also the first film that brought huge profits to his production house.
Directed by newcomer Vasisht, ‘Bimbisara’ is a time-travel thriller. Despite some flaws, the film clicked with the audience. The makers are now working on the second part.
