Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu visited actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna at AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad, where he is recovering after undergoing knee surgery.
Chandrababu Naidu enquired about Balakrishna’s health and recovery with the attending doctors and wished him a speedy recovery. A photograph released after the visit showed Balakrishna in hospital attire, standing with the support of a walker. AIG Hospitals Chairman Dr. D. Nageshwar Reddy was also present during the Chief Minister’s visit.
Balakrishna sustained the knee injury while shooting for “NBK111” in the Godavari region of Andhra Pradesh. After receiving first aid at the location, he was airlifted to Hyderabad, where he underwent surgery at AIG Hospitals the following day.
Doctors have advised Balakrishna to take complete rest for six weeks. As a result, the shooting of “NBK111” has been put on hold until he recovers.
