Charmee denies love affair with director

Putting an end to speculations, Charmee categorically mentioned that she is not in love with any person. “I request you all not to spread false news about my personal life. I am in love with movies. That’s it,” she spoke to the media, on the sidelines of audio launch of her current film, ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’.

In a section of media, it was reported that she is currently in a relationship with director Puri Jagannadh.

“He narrated the story of ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ to me couple of years ago. But it didn’t materialize. So when he asked me again last year to do this movie, I said, yes. Story of this film is very close to me. Hence I have come forward to present the movie. Since I am closely involved with this project, everyone is wrongly interpreting that I am seeing Puri sir,” she explained in detail.

“If I am in relationship with anyone, I will never hide,” she further added. ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ is expected to come to the theatres next month.
