Chiranjeevi and Srikanth Odela’s film delayed once again

Before the announcement of Anil Ravipudi’s film, actor Nani approached megastar Chiranjeevi to propose a new project. On Nani’s recommendation, Chiranjeevi met ‘Dasara’ director Srikanth Odela and was impressed with the initial story narration. The project was quickly greenlit, and both Chiranjeevi as actor and Nani as producer announced it on social media, generating significant buzz.

However, Srikanth Odela soon shifted focus to “The Paradise,” a new film with Nani in the lead, aiming for an early 2026 release.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi moved ahead with Anil Ravipudi’s film, which is currently in production.

In a surprising development, Chiranjeevi has once again postponed the Odela project. He has now committed to another collaboration, this time with Waltair Veerayya director Bobby Kolli. Their film is expected to begin once Anil Ravipudi’s film is wrapped up.

As of now, the Chiranjeevi–Srikanth Odela project has been pushed back considerably and is unlikely to go on floors before late 2026 or early 2027.
