Dhee sequel is titled D and D

‘Dhee’ was a memorable film in actor Vishnu Manchu’s career. The film resurrected Sreenu Vaitla’s sagging career 13 years ago. Now, Vaitla is facing the same situation: struggling with a series of flops. So, he has teamed up with Vishnu Manchu and is making a sequel to ‘Dhee’.

Titled ‘D & D’ with the tagline Double Dose, the film was announced officially today on the occasion of Vishnu’s birthday.

Vishnu Manchu is bankrolling the film on 24 Frames Factory. Sreenu Vaitla’s favorite writer Gopi Mohan who was part of the director’s several blockbusters is working as scriptwriter along with another writer Kishore Gopu.

Mahati Swara Sagar scores the music while Mohana Krishna handles the cinematography. The film will start rolling soon.
