Changing directors in the middle of a shoot has become a recent trend in the Telugu film industry. It happened with “Tillu Square” starring Siddu Jonnalagadda. The similar issue happened with Kalyan Ram’s upcoming period thriller “Devil”. After the director was fired, producer Abhishek Nama took over as director.
Now, Kajal Aggarwal’s film is in the same situation.
“Satyabhama,” a female-oriented film, stars Kajal. In the film, she plays a cop. When the film was first announced, the director’s identity was announced as Akhil Degala. He was credited as writer and director, and the teaser was also released in June to coincide with Kajal’s birthday.
On the occasion of Deepavali, another teaser will be released. The director’s name has been changed to Suman Chikkala. That means, Suman took the place of Akhil Degala.
Sashi Kiran Tikka, who directed films like as “Major,” is producing “Satyabhama.” So Tikka must have involved in this change of director.
