The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday questioned actress Charmme in connection with the drug racket unearthed in 2017. The ED is probing on the money laundering angle in the case.
Charmme went into the ED office in Hyderabad at 10 AM and was quizzed by the agency for nearly eight hours. She reportedly denied any involvement with drugs or drug rackets.
Puri Jagannadh also appeared before the officials earlier this week. The officials sent notices to 12 film personalities. Rana, Rakul, Ravi Teja, and others will be questioned in the same case.
Charmme is currently co-producing Puri Jagannadh’s ‘Liger’, which stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday.
