Fighting for April 27 date

Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Kaala’ has locked April 27 as its release date. However, Rajinikanth and producer Dhanush’s decision is not going well with Superstar Mahesh Babu and Stylish Star Allu Arjun. Mahesh Babu’s ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’ and Allu Arjun’s ‘Naa Peru Surya’ had already been locked April 27 as their release dates. Now ‘Kaala’ is claiming the same date.

Sources say both Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun are not going to back off. Mahesh Babu’s ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’ will complete its entire shoot by March 27. So, it is sticking to the original release plan. There won’t be any change in our release date, a source in the production team informs us.

On the other hand, Allu Arjun’s ‘Naa Peru Surya’ is in the last leg of shoot and it will not be sticking to the same date. Currently, climax shoot is being canned. It was the team of ‘Naa Peru Surya’ that first announced April 27 as their release date. As of now, it looks like three-way fight. But we have to see how this issue will be resolved.

Crores of money is at stake. It will be huge loss for all parties concerned if these three movies compete with each other.
