Roshan Meka, the son of senior actor Srikanth, acted in films like “Nirmala Convent” and “Pelli SandaD.” After appearing as a teenage star in those films, Roshan is making his debut as a full-fledged lead hero in his grown-up avatar.
Champion, directed by Pradeep Advaitham, will be his first film as a grown-up actor.
On Roshan Meka’s birthday, the team unveiled a short glimpse of the film. While the teaser does not reveal much about the story, it confirms that “Champion” is a sports drama with Roshan playing a footballer.
He sports a rugged look in the glimpse. The film is currently in production under the banners of Swapna Cinema and Anandi Art Creations, with Mickey J. Meyer composing the music. Priyanka Dutt, GK Mohan, and Gemini Kiran serve as the producers.
