Gopichand had high hopes for ‘Pakka Commercial’ as he teamed up with director Maruthi who is known for delivering decent entertainers. The action star thought that the film would make a connection with the family and class audiences as his core base has been the mass audience.
The low openings shocked him. He had seen many failures. But he didn’t expect that even after teaming up with a big production house and a director with a track record there is no guarantee for strong openings.
Gopichand has reportedly decided not to do such movies henceforth.
Buzz is that he will be doing more mass and commercial movies with action elements. He is currently acting in director Sriwass’s film and he will order the director to do some alterations.
