Guess the original title selected for Fidaa?

Now that ‘Fidaa’ is in theaters and has recieved great reviews and ratings from critics, we can safely say ‘Fidaa’ is perfect title for the story.

But here is something really interesting. Fidaa was not the original title that director Sekhar Kammula had selected. The original title he has written for this subject is – Musuru. ‘Musuru’ means mizzling rain.

It was producer Dil Raju who was against Musuru as he felt this title would not get him big profits as it is not catchy. So ‘Fidaa’ the title turns out to be lucky.
