Producer Miriyala Ravinder Reddy is a happy man. He tasted his first success in his career with ‘Akhanda’. The film also became the top grosser in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s career. Elated with the name and fame the film brought, the young producer said he has plans to make a sequel to it.
“But the decision can only be taken by Boyapati. He may have other plans. I believed that the film would be a trendsetter. This is why we waited for many months to release it in theaters. We didn’t think of releasing it on OTT even during uncertain times of the second wave of COVID-19,” he stated.
Miriyala Ravinder Reddy also refused to comment on the ongoing ticket price issue in Andhra Pradesh.
He thanked Nandamuri Balakrishna, Boyapati, and Thaman for giving him such a big hit. He said he would continue producing more films.
