Veteran director K Vishwanath says he may not return to movie sets in the capacity of director. “People have given enough love and respect to me. I should retire respectfully. I don’t have any plans of directing a movie again. I will continue acting in films though,” he said.

Kalatapswi K Vishwanath is regarded as one of the greatest directors in Telugu movie industry. He directed many classics that include ‘Shankarabharanam’, ‘Sagara Sangamam’, ‘Swathi Muthyam’, ‘Swayamkrushi’ and ‘Sirivennela’.
His last directed film was ‘Subhapradam’ in 2010.
