For the second consecutive day, the Income Tax department officials have been conducting searches in various offices and houses of Dil Raju, Naveen Yerneni, and Ravi Shankar Yelamanchili, Sukumar, and Mythri CEO Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Rama Krishna Veerapaneni.
Media reports say the I-T department officers have found discrepancies in accounting, especially for the films—Pushpa 2, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, and Game Changer, produced by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations.
The I-T department authorities also conducted searches on the offices of Mango Media, belonging to Rama Krishna Veerapaneni, husband of singer Sunitha. He has been closely working with Dil Raju, and other producers for a long time.
The searches continued till Wednesday evening.
