Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran is currently playing the key antagonist in Rajamouli’s epic “Varanasi.” While Mahesh Babu takes on the role of Rudhra in this globe-spanning adventure, Prithviraj portrays Kumbha, a character who is wheelchair-bound.
Prithviraj also delivered a strong performance in Prabhas’s blockbuster “Salaar.” As his career gains momentum in Telugu cinema, his mother Mallika Sukumaran claims he is being targeted back home in the Malayalam film industry.
According to her, certain forces are deliberately trying to sideline Prithviraj from Malayalam cinema. Mallika stated that a particular section within the industry is attempting to damage his career, and she vowed to continue her fight if this “vilification and calculated negative attack” does not stop.
She added that organized online trolling is being unleashed against Prithviraj in an effort to pull down his stardom.
