That Pawan Kalyan and director Krish have collaborated for a period drama is known to all. The film has already wrapped up a major shooting schedule but the movie’s shoot has been stalled due to coronavirus pandemic.
Pawan Kalyan will not join the shoot until he completes the portion for ‘Vakeel Saab’. He is expected to resume Krish’s period movie in 2021 only.
Hence, Krish has taken up another small film, for which the script he’s written long back, featuring Rakul Preet Singh and newcomer Vaishnav Teja who is debuting in ‘Uppena’. The film’s regular shoot has begun on Independence Day.
Set in the backdrop of a forest, the film reportedly deals with magic realism. Krish will complete this film in a flat of three months at a stretch. Gnanasekhar is handling the camera. Krish’s home banner First Frame Entertainments is producing it.
Krish is said to have got permission to take up this new film.
