Lyca donates Rs 2 Cr to Tamilnadu CM CRF

Lyca Productions, one of the leading production houses in the country, has donated Rs 2 Crore to COVID-19 relief activities. On behalf of the company’s chairperson Alli Raja Subhaskaran, the representatives have handed over a cheque of Rs. 2 crores to M K Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, at the Secretariat in Chennai.

In a statement, Mr. GKM Tamil Kumaran, Mr. Niruthan, and Mr. Gaurav have said that they were honored to meet with the Chief Minister. 

The amount will go into the Tamil Nadu CM Corona Relief Fund.

Lyca Productions recently bought the theatrical rights of Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ (Tamil) for a whopping Rs 42 crore. The company is also planning to foray into Telugu production.
