That Is Mahalakshmi, but where is the director?

‘That Is Mahalakshmi’, remake of Kangana starrer ‘Queen’, is all set to be released soon. Starring Tamannah as the lead actress, the film’s first look has come out. Tamannaah who is essaying the title role is seen in traditional Telugu attire Langa Voni in the backdrop of Eiffel Tower.

However, the film’s poster doesn’t feature the name of the director. It has producers’ name, music director Amit Trivedi’s name as well as other crew members are also credited but not the director.

It is said that after Neelakantha walked out from the movie due to differences with Tamannah, Prasanth Varma has directed it. But he seems to be not taking director’s credit for technical reasons.
