Amidst speculations that the film has been titled “Varanasi” and that a title glimpse will be unveiled next month, Mahesh Babu today shared a candid picture with Rajamouli on social media.

SS Rajamouli is celebrating his 52nd birthday today. So, Mahesh Babu took to social media to wish his director and posted a picture of him hugging Rajamouli, showcasing their camaraderie.

Mahesh Babu plays an adventurer in this film, which is loosely based on two novels by Wilbur Smith. Priyanka Chopra plays the female lead. The shooting is expected to be completed next year.

Meanwhile, there is a buzz that the title glimpse will be unveiled in mid-November at a special event. The makers have not yet responded to the speculations about the title “Varanasi.” However, the team is tentatively referring to it as #SSMB29 and GlobeTrotter. MM Keeravani is scoring the music.
