Mahesh Babu’s 25th film will go on the floors sometime in February. To be directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the romantic-family entertainer will be jointly produced by Dil Raju and Ashwini Dutt.
Earlier, it was planned to be shot post-Sankranthi. However, since ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ (BAN) is going to be delayed, the makers have rejigged the schedule. ‘BAN’ is expected to be wrapped up by January end. So, Mahesh will be left with enough elbow room to join Paidipally’s crew from February.
The makers are yet to zero in on a heroine. Recently, Dil Raju quashed the rumours that Ileana D’Crz has a role in the film. Pooja Hegde is the forerunner for this role. Set in the US for the most part, the untitled film will have the music by Devi Sri Prasad. P S Vinod is the cinematographer.
As for ‘BAN’, the actor will shoot for it from Oct 15th onwards. He is currently holidaying abroad.
