Manchu Manoj announces a new film: David Reddy

We have seen “George Reddy”. Now comes “David Reddy.”

Manchu Manoj who appeared in negative role in “Bhairavam” recently is now set to play the role in a period film titled “David Reddy.”

The historical action drama directed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti and produced Motukuri Bharath and Nallagangula Venkat Reddy under the Velvet Soul Motion Pictures banner deals a story that is set between the years 1897 and 1922, telling the stirring tale of a defiant rebel who rises from the embers of caste oppression to challenge the might of the British Empire.

The film is currently in pre-production, but the just-released title poster has already created interest.

Bold and symbolic, the poster features Manoj’s face etched into the typography of the title, accompanied by the impactful tagline: “Born in the Madras Presidency. Raised in Delhi. Now, shaking the British Empire.”
