Manchu Vishnu hypes up Prabhas’s role in ‘Kannappa’

Prabhas plays a brief but impactful role in “Kannappa,” the upcoming devotional film starring Manchu Vishnu. While the film is rooted in spirituality, it also features high-octane action sequences in line with its dramatic narrative. However, Prabhas will not be seen performing any action stunts.

The pan-India star takes on the role of Rudra, and according to Vishnu, his presence adds immense weight to the story. “His role is crucial. He completely lived in the character. His performance will blow audiences’ minds,” said Manchu Vishnu.

Veteran actor Brahmanandam echoed Vishnu’s sentiments, adding, “Prabhas is not just a great actor, but also a wonderful human being. His performance in Kannappa is extraordinary.”

Though his screen time is limited, Prabhas appears in key segments that significantly impact the film’s narrative.

“Kannappa” is set to release in theaters on June 27.
