‘Mem Famous’ enters the profit zone

Any film needs an effective promotional plan to pull in viewers. Films starring unknown actors need unique marketing strategy.The correct plans employed by Chai Bisket Films and Lahari Films for “Mem Famous” are beginning to bear fruit in the film’s financial success.

All newcomers made up the film’s cast. The film’s first-weekend gross was superb, and it continued to do well during the week. The movie turned a profit by the end of the first week.

The entire cost of “Mem Famous” was Rs 4 crore inclusive of print and publicity. The non-theatrical operations were sold for Rs 5 crore. As a result, it’s a profitable venture for the makers before the film and now the theatrical revenue, too, has come as an added bonus.
