Mirai reaches $3M mark in North America

Teja Sajja’s fantasy-action adventure “Mirai” has raked in solid numbers despite the mighty “OG” dominating theaters. The film added more moolah to its tally over the weekend in North America and has successfully joined the $3 million club.
Mirai, directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under People Media Factory, hit the $3 million mark in North America by the end of its third Sunday. This is Teja Sajja’s second consecutive $3 million grosser after HanuMan, further cementing his pull in the overseas market.
The superhero film, which blends myth and action elements, is now nearing a global gross of Rs 150 crore. The movie also stars Manchu Manoj, Shriya, and Ritika Nayak.
As “Mirai” continues its box office reign, the all eyes on Teja Sajja’s forthcoming films.
