Did Chennai police attempt to arrest director A R Murugadoss on Thursday night? The director confirms in a tweet that police had come to his house and banged the door several times. However, they didn’t arrest him as he was not at home at that moment.

Confirming this, Murugadoss tweeted, “Police had come to my house late tonight and banged the door several times. Since I was not there they left the premises. Right now I was told there is no police outside my house.”
