Director Sukumar attended the grand success celebrations of Ram Charan’s “Peddi” in Hyderabad on Tuesday. During the event, enthusiastic fans repeatedly chanted “RC17” and urged him to speak about his next collaboration with Ram Charan.
While Ram Charan smiled at the crowd’s excitement, Sukumar chose to remain characteristically guarded about the project. “Nenu cheppanu… Naku cheppadam istam undadu. But you can imagine,” he said, drawing loud cheers from fans.
The remark suggested that while he prefers not to hype his films in advance, audiences can set their expectations as high as they want.
Ram Charan and Sukumar previously delivered the blockbuster “Rangasthalam”, a film that not only became a massive commercial success but also marked a turning point in Sukumar’s career as a mainstream filmmaker.
With RC17, expectations are naturally sky-high. Following the nationwide success of the “Pushpa” franchise, fans are hoping Sukumar will create another pan-Indian blockbuster with Ram Charan. His brief but intriguing comment at the event has only added to the anticipation surrounding the project.
