The Telangana Government has initiated the ambitious Haritha Haram program, with the aim of protecting and improving the environment. Hero Nani and the movie unit of “Majnu” participated in the event today by planting various trees sourced for this purpose.
Speaking on the occasion, Nani applauded the Haritha Haram initiative. “Everyone speaks about the need to do something for the environment but very little is actually done. So CM KCR’s Haritha Haram initiative that spreads awareness and creates change is laudable and the Telugu Film Industry is lending its support to the program. The Majnu film unit wanted to participate collectively in this initiative. If everyone plants a tree in whatever little space is available, I am sure it will cause tremendous change in the quality of our environmen,” said Nani.
