The team of Pawan Kalyan recently clarified that the actor-politician has not signed any new films. As per the official statement, any future project will be announced only by Pawan Kalyan himself.
However, there is an interesting development.
Despite being busy as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan is not stepping away from cinema entirely. He has already completed the films he had committed to earlier, including “Hari Hara Veera Mallu”, “OG”, and “Ustaad Bhagat Singh”.
In addition, he had also committed to a project with director Surender Reddy, to be produced by Ram Talluri. This agreement was made well before the 2024 elections.
Sources say Pawan Kalyan is keen on honoring this commitment. While he plans to take a long break from films, this project is very much on track and will begin at a later stage.
The script work has reportedly been completed, and the story has impressed him greatly. Though there is no official timeline yet, clarity on the film’s launch is expected in the next two to three months. The project is likely to go on floors sometime this year.
