NTR to shift focus to ‘War 2’ promotions next month

NTR has been keeping a packed schedule. He was recently seen promoting “Devara” in Japan before diving into the shoot of Prashanth Neel’s high-octane action film, tentatively titled “Dragon.” The film’s production has been moving at a brisk pace, with NTR actively participating in the shoot, taking only minor breaks.

However, a temporary shift in focus is on the horizon.

NTR has committed to promoting his Bollywood debut, War 2, alongside Hrithik Roshan. Touted as India’s biggest action-spy thriller, the film is slated for release on August 14, 2025.

With “War 2” clashing at the box office with another major release, Rajinikanth’s “Coolie,”the stakes are high. As a result, the makers are planning an aggressive promotional campaign. NTR will step away from the “Dragon” shoot next month to fully dedicate himself to “War 2” promotions, continuing through to its release.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, “War 2” is produced by Yash Raj Films.
