NTRNeel: Makers promise theatrical frenzy

Prashanth Neel, who revolutionized the mass-action genre in Indian cinema with the “KGF” franchise, has firmly established himself as a pan-Indian director. Originating from the Kannada film industry, Neel has been consistently collaborating with Telugu cinema’s biggest stars.

After his high-octane action drama “Salaar” with Prabhas, he is now teaming up with NTR for another massive action spectacle. While the title “Dragon” is under consideration, the project is currently being referred to as #NTRNeel.

Today, on the occasion of Prashanth Neel’s birthday, production banners Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts extended warm wishes with heartfelt messages.

Describing him as the “architect of new-age mass entertainers,” the production houses reiterated their confidence in the film’s box office potential, claiming that #NTRNeel will not only shatter existing records but set new benchmarks.
“Theatres are going to celebrate this phenomenon with electrifying highs on the big screen,” the makers declared.

The film is currently in production and is slated for a grand theatrical release on June 25, 2026.
